At Monroe Teloc FCU, there are several ways to become a member.  If you live, work, worship, or attend school in Ouachita Parish, you are eligible for membership.  If you have an immediate family member that has an existing account, you can join through them.  If you work for one of our fields of membership, you can also join through your employer.  For a complete listing of Monroe Telco's fields of membership, you can go to our Field of Membership tab and view the list.

    Credit Union founders had a motto, still used today, describing why credit unions were started in the first place: "Not for profit, not for charity, but for service."  Credit Unions work for the membership's best interest, not for the interest of a few stockholders.  At any age and for almost any need, you'll find financial services-fairly priced- at a credit union.  As times change, so do credit unions.  When new member needs surface, credit unions find ways to satisfy those needs.  Credit unons remember their mission.
